Beat Burnout and Detox From Stress

How to detox from stress and regain work-life balance. As a business coach and mentor I work with busy professionals often who have lost sight of the part of life that gives them the ability to fully let go and relax. They have overbooked, overextended, and overworked themselves to exhaustion or sometimes just running on autopilot. This is not how life is meant to be lived! And it's probably not what you originally had in mind when you signed on to be successful.

I know first hand what it's like when you have so many commitments and things to do that you feel like you're being pulled in a million different directions. In many cases stress & burnout is not going to manifest in an obvious way.. it can manifest as fatigue, lack of desire to engage socially, despondence or detachment from the things you used to find excitement for. In this video I talk about what I did to cut ties with my most stress inducing endeavors, and detox all the pent up energy.
